COMMUNITY COMMITMENT
Flood Mitigation
A cornerstone of my tenure has been advocating for flood mitigation. Our efforts have successfully secured over $20 million in FEMA federal aid, resulting in 65 homes raised - safeguarding dozens of families from the devastation of floods. But our work doesn't stop there.
Pequannock Township Master Plan
Revising local regulations and implementing our master plan have been steps toward creating a walkable downtown area, enrichining our business districts in Pompton Plains with diversity and vibrancy.
.
Small Business Growth
Supporting small business owners has been crucial; simplifying sign ordinances and streamlining permits for interior build-outs has made Pequannock a more attractive place for small businesses.
Open Space
Protecting our open space has been another priority, ensuring Pequannock remains a beautiful place to live without the threat of overdevelopment
Volunteer Recognition
Collaborating with town volunteers has enabled us to acheive collective goals, acknowledging the hard work and dedication poured into the community.
Fiscal Responsibility
Fiscal responsibility has guided my approach to managing your taxes, prioritiizng safety, and enhancement of our infrastructure, including the introduction of new sports facilities like Pickleball courts.
This overview, though brief, underscores my commitment to preserving the culture and community spirit that has flourished in Pequannock for nearly 300 years. I ask for your support to continue this journey. Together, let's keep Pequannock moving forward.
